Before your company
can become an "approved partner" with HFS, the following criteria
must be met:

1.
Minimum 3 full years in business as Health Services
Provider.
2. Proposed Partner must have accredited
medical distinctions as required by law for their
respective industry and "Liability Insurance" for
compensation of accidents and errors.
3. Proposed Partner must be of good credit
and financial standing over last 3 years with no
bankruptcy over last 7 years. (Both company and personal
if small business).
4. Minimum $500,000 in gross annual sales
(exceptions such as 15+ years in business plus very
strong references may be granted on case by case
applicant)
5.
Proposed Partners must act in a manner of "Good Business
Ethics" under the following committed guidelines of
HFS:

Must
seek to ensure their customers are
satisfied by honoring their
representations, answering questions,
and resolving customer complaints and
disputes in a timely and responsive
manner.

Must
not engage in deceptive or misleading
trade practices with regard to any
aspect of commerce, including
advertising, marketing, or in their use
of products and services.

Must
disclose to their customers and
prospective customers information about
the business, the goods or services
available for purchase, and the
transaction itself in an honest, fair,
responsible and non-confusing manner.
